My garden brings me so much joy. Everything is now planted tomatoes (of course), basil, parsley, Rosemary, sage, oregano, egg plants, hot red peppers (a first for me),zucchini, yellow squash.


So excited, the photo above is the beginnings of my pergola that Rudy Gunther is building for me .. a long time dream ..

May is such a busy month with plantings and cleaning up from the winter.! For me .. the joy of gardening .. there is nothing better in this world. Peaceful .. just makes me happy to play in dirt.

I love the beginnings of your pergola - can't wait to see it finished.

I'm glad you can find time to garden, your yard is lovely. I always have a hard time picturing yards in The Bronx. I always picture it as wall-to-wall buildings. Thanks for showing me some reality. ;>
