With Mercury Retro and the 'Winter Blues', many of my friends are feeling that midwinter 'funk' .. its been an amazing few days.

I love your whole idea about rewarding oneself in order to beat the winter blues. If we can't pick ourselves up, who can?! I just recently discovered essential oils and was thinking that winter blues seem to get the best of us. Investing a bit in essential oils is a way of taking care of me.
